i could take a screenshot but it would only take a screen of that one color that is flashing, just install it real quick. put it in your folder under glow.cfg and just exec glow.cfg before you start game to see it

I just saw a post on twl about someone wanting to disable the wait command....

fyi, config should usually go under Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead\left4dead\cfg

make sure it is a cfg file and not a text file if you can't get it to work.  then either exec glow.cfg from l4d console, or put exec glow.cfg in autoexec.cfg (may need to be created)

I think I fixed my ping problem by setting:

cl_cmdrate "100"
rate "25000"
cl_updaterate "100"
