We will ask someone if they will be a admin when we feel we need one.  Currently I do not believe we are looking for more admins.  We currently have 4 and we feel that there is one on most of the time.  We want to avoid admin abuse so when we do add a admin we want to make sure we know and trust them well.

the ways to become an admin is to be a TH member, which you are not, and donate money, which you dont, and really we dont need anymore admins. Sorry dope, and what do you NEED to be an admin for?

The way I look at it is being an admin as with any position of leadership takes a certain level of responsibility.  There are ofcoarse advantages but outweighing the positive side of such responsibilty are the weights of the position.  Although, in such as being an admin there isnt really dire consequences but still as with all examples there's the hardest stipulation.  Administrating yourself.  

Controlling yourself when making decisions is the biggest part of being in a position of control and doubly the hardest.  You have to ask yourself, can you do something as simple as bite your tongue when your frustrations get the better of you?  I know that for one with me when it comes to games and other such outlets of my frustrations in real life I find it especially hardest to hold back from doing or saying something potentially damaging.  

Some might say, as it is true this is just a game.  But it along with our clan is a community that people care about and I for one value it and the friends i have in it more than my desire for control over the server and the community in general than to risk doing something that might degrade what i see in it that makes me and the people that enjoy it with me come here day in and day out.  The fact that I dont have admin rights makes me feel more at ease.  You should think about that Dope and hopefully understand a little more about what you're asking means.
