This was leaked yesterday actually
It was originally posted on the Nvidia SLI forums and they spread it LIKE MAD.
If you have the Steam Version the only way to update is through steam.
(ok you can do it one more way but I wouldn't do that )
The server does not have the official update even so........

I'm stuck at 1.5 until steam patches it and when I can I'll patch the server.

The new patch updates the server browser a little bit ( you can now SEARCH HC, oldschool, ect ect )
It also give PC users the same exact maps that Console users had to pay 10$ for.
While no word from Infinity Ward has been made about the patch it is on nzone.com, they are calling it a Map Pack but when you download the file it's named:
CoD3MW-1.6-PatchSetup.exe

Weird.
