Looks great a lot like the new systems Easy and I have just put together.
I would suggest perhaps you go with memory like Patriot Extreme Performance 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)or the Corsair version of same (I think they are still onsale for like $65/gig after mail-in rebate..maybe get 4 gigs

). Both of these are latency of 4 and with the MB running a ddr standard of 800 really not going to get the push from the crutial with ddr 1066 at 5 latency.
Sweet MB I believe this is the same as Easy's board. I had went with the DFI LANPARTY UT NF590 SLI-M2R/G AM2 NVIDIA nForce 590 SLI MCP. I like to overclock and this is the mother of all overclocking boards.
Powersupply is cranking at 850w lol...power ya house too. But very nice and need a solid one with all required amps and volts not to mention the correct connections...so it's a beauti.
Killer CPU and nice chunk of change too I think. That CPU was too rich for my blood, but with that said I used the extra money I saved when I bought the AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ Windsor 3.0GHz Socket AM2 to buy that video card I mention below

Not really sure in today's world like in previous for the need of a new CPU fan. The new stock fans especially the one which comes with the CPU you would be getting is more than enough with decent case cooling. That even goes for the Artic Silver, which I am a great fan of, haven't used it in the last two upgrades and never noticed.
The vid card ...well been in this delema before.. I would say to not even go with the 640mb version but go all the way to the EVGA 768-P2-N831-AR GeForce 8800GTX 768MB 384-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card. Far superior when compared to the GTS version.
Not sure about your HD and whether it is SATA if not then ya should go with a sweet Sata drive maybe Western Digital Caviar 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s. You will notice a new meaning of speed when pulling data from the drive compared to the IDE standard.
Dvd burner but of course, and Lite-on is the name being made out there for solid performance and price.
Wireless keyboard and mouse ...EWWWWW...never have found a good wireless set I like to use when it comes to gaming. I only do wired, and it happens to be a $5 mouse...best one I have ever found.
Ace looks awesome...should be luv'n gaming with that new box once it's up and running...enjoy.
